There’s a new place to take note in Bologna, my favorite city in the northern Italy, for all the design lovers. Bologna is the town where I studied Interior Design and where I realized that I could turn my passion for the interior design in a job, I have always considered this town a great source of inspiration!
The owner, the interior designer Antonio Mastrorocco and his wife have transformed this amazing 20th century building in a design Bed and Breakfast after a renovation characterized by the mix of old and new materials three years ago .
The massive use of concrete for structural elements gives to the interiors an industrial style; the furnishings are a mix of unique pieces realized by the owner with recycling materials and furniture from ’50s to ’70s.
I love the harmony of the different pieces and the colors palette where the gray tone matches with warm brown shades!
